electric and telephone workers protest against the amendments introduced by
Law 122/2010, which repealed the provisions that guaranteed the transfer
consideration of tax status by the Special Funds
compulsory general insurance INPS.
The new law penalizes the workers concerned over how
without providing any form of protection for those who lose or risk losing their pension entitlement, or for those that have already ceased working and would have become entitled to a pension after June 30, 2010. With these changes
unfair, workers, electric and telephone
who want to retire, at best, using the Institute of aggregation, it will substantially cut back, the check they would receive from the Fund or by the general category to which they have paid contributions.
The new rules, and for the serious penalties that lead, affecting
telephone and electrical work and are likely to pass in total silence the public and the media.
For these reasons and to request review of such modifications, electrical Federations FILCTEM-CGIL, FLAEI-CISL, and UIL UILCEM together with those of the telephone SLC-CGIL, CISL and UILCOM FISTEL-UIL-organized a
